Having an educational background in business administration and finance, Neaves has spent most of his professional life in the banking industry. With experience in office management and financial advising he brings a multifaceted approach to customer service. “My past experiences have taught me not only how to effectively communicate and advise businesses, but how to actively listen to their concerns,” he says. “Being an accredited business coach is more than a job, it’s about being a part of a team and that’s what motivates me.”
