The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Cochrane and District Chamber of Commerce will take place on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, from 11:00 am – 1:30 pm.  Details regarding attending this year's AGM will be forthcoming to registered attendees.

2021 CALL FOR NOMINATIONS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Cochrane & District Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for Directors. All nominators and nominees must be Active members in good standing of the Cochrane & District Chamber of Commerce.  Officers of the Cochrane & District Chamber of Commerce are appointed by the Board at its first meeting following the AGM.

The Nominations Form must be signed by both the Nominator and the Candidate.

A full description of the duties and responsibilities of the position is available in the Bylaws by request to info@cochranechamber.ca.  A summary of the requirements is also available on the second page of the Nomination Form.

Nomination forms must be received prior to Sunday, March 28th, 2021, either by mail to The Cochrane & District Chamber of Commerce, P. O. Box 996, Cochrane, AB, T4C 1B1, or by email to info@cochranechamber.ca.  Nominees will be reviewed by the Board Membership Committee.

Proxy Form
Members, not able to attend the AGM, who are entitled to vote at a meeting of members may vote by proxy by appointing in writing a proxy holder, who must be a person employed by the Active Member or a person designated as the representative of another Active Member of the Corporation, to attend and act at the meeting in the manner and to the extent authorized by the proxy.
