It's the Town's primary tool to control and regulate how land is used and developed in the community. This year\, the Town of Cochrane is reviewing and updating the LUB\, including sections that deal with parking requirements\, signage and advertising regulations\, business expansion and relocation controls. As a Cochrane business owner\, your input and feedback is critical to ensure the LUB considers your needs.
